I can't believe the yard sales start after 8:00 in your neck of the world. Here, they say they're going to start at 7:00, but people start showing up 5:30-6:00. That's just one of the reasons I prefer estate sales. They'll start at 8, 9 or 10:00 and stick to it. An early bird, I'm not. Looking forward to seeing the haul!

And that must have - the acid washed, denim fringe jacket :-) I think annual community yard sales can be hit or miss - I went to one in Steilacoom this summer that had TONS of sales, but nothing I wanted to buy.
