They belong to a bar set - my dad has it. It used to be in their basement lounge area, but he got a larger bar a few years back and moved the barrel/diamond pattern bar set to his automotive shop, which I find hilarious. :) I'm in Michigan, so that must have been something that was mass-produced at least to some degree!
